White Shirt, Jeans and my Tahiti Skies Duffle Bag
Good morning Style Lovers and Travelers,
With Summer around the corner you know it’s the season of vacations. You may need to catch a long flight, go on a quick weekend trip or voyage across the country on an epic road trip, but regardless of all that you always need to have the essentials which starts with comfy clothes and a great carry-on bag.
My look today, was inspired by my Tahiti Skies duffle bag. This is one of my favorite recycled/upcycled travel bags from Mona B, made from truck tarps, military tents, canvas, leather and antique metals. How cool is that? It’s very versatile and can be used as a carry on while flying, a duffle bag for a short weekend trip or it can be a diaper/toy bag for your kids. So, no matter how you use it, it’s very stylish, unique, durable and eco-friendly.
This bag was giving me a rustic chic vibe, so I decided to create a laid back all American look with it, and nothing says “All American” than white shirt, blue jeans and some brown and rustic accessories. I wore my favorite Calvin Klein white shirt and tied it in front to create a more laid back look. Then I wore light blue skinny jeans which are so comfortable while traveling because it stretches. Next I accessorized with my Reece Series Jord Wood Watch, this Afro Wood Earrings and my Jessica Simpson heels which are also very comfortable. Together I had a chic but laid back look and with my duffle bag, I was ready to hit the road for another adventure.
