Good morning and Happy Monday!

I hope you’re all staying warm. I woke up thinking I was in the east coast because of the cold. The weather in Houston is very weird; it fluctuates from a warm sunny day to a dull freezing day in a matter of hours. Well, all my winter coats have come out to play and I’ve been wearing more sweaters.

My look for the day was built around this red sweater from Patrizia Luca Milano. This sweater is very cozy and comfortable, with zip details to both sides which gives it a modern touch. I like mixing fabrics and textures so I wore the sweater with this black faux -leather pencil skirt which also has a zip detail to the side to create a slit. This look is effortlessly chic and easily translates from desk to dinner. I wore a statement gold necklace, bold leopard print sandals and carried my multi colored satchel to complement my sweater. The handbag is a perfect color blocking piece.
