My IVF Journey – God is Amazing, I am Pregnant
My journey to motherhood has been like a roller coaster. It has been filled with highs and lows, exciting updates but also heart-breaking moments to the point of going through the different stages of grief. Despite it all, my relationship with God has gotten stronger and I have grown so much as a person and as a couple with my husband.
So, after almost 6 years of trying to get pregnant, after trying Clomid, Metformin, making dietary and lifestyle changes, doing a round of IUI and finally IVF treatments, we finally got the best news we’ve been waiting for. I AM PREGNANT!
My husband and I are so thankful to God for this beautiful gift. This baby is a miracle and it’s only by God’s grace that we are here because I know a lot of other couples who have gone through this process and they didn’t get the results they wanted, so my love, thoughts and prayers are also with them.
We thank you for all the love, prayers and support throughout this journey. It hasn’t been easy, but it has been so worth it. We are super excited for the next chapter in our lives and in a couple of weeks we’re going to do our first ultrasound to know if we’re having 1 or 2 babies. Regardless of what we have, we are praying for a healthy and happy baby that will be a joy to us all and make a positive impact in the world.
