ModChic Maxi in Morocco

The last few weeks has been a whirlwind, from traveling with family to attending 2 weddings and a funeral. It was a memorable trip from attending the most beautiful destination wedding in Morocco to paying tribute and celebrating the life of my grandmother who passed away peacefully in her sleep at the age of 91.
Jamila & Justin’s Marrakech Wedding was amazing and absolutely beautiful. A blog post with some pictures of the wedding will be coming up soon, but today I wanted to share details of my destination wedding look built around this beautiful maxi dress from ModChic Couture. I decided to wear a loose fitting maxi dress for this wedding because Marrakech is a desert and very hot. I wanted an outfit that was stylish, appropriate for a wedding but yet comfortable. This green and white maxi was perfect. It gave me great coverage, it was the perfect length, the fabric was soft, flowy, easy and breezy for the day and I felt like a goddess. I complemented my outfit with a blush handbag from Rebecca Minkoff and blush shoes from IPPO to create the perfect chic look for a destination wedding and like icing on the cake I wore pearls, rose gold and blush jewelry with my Rose watch.
