Workout Wednesday – Studio to Street Boutique Style

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Good morning!

How perfect is it that I’m posting about active wear a few days after eating a lot for thanksgiving LOL. Well I hope this is motivation for us all to get back on our health and fitness journey because to me, it’s a lifestyle and not a trend or one-time thing. Most of my adult life I’ve had to work extra hard to manage my weight and you can easily get distracted by a number but I’ve realized that your overall mental and physical health is more important than a number on a scale. Yes, I’d like to lose some weight, but my focus is more on maintaining a healthy diet, routinely exercise, build strength and stamina.

So, I wanted to share more details on my new collaboration with Studio to Street Boutique. I met them a few months ago at StyleCon Dallas and I was excited to discover they are a small business here in Greater Houston. I love and respect small business owners, especially those that are based locally and owned by women, so once I saw how great their collection was, I had to work with them.

I don’t have a specific workout routine because I try to change it up so my body doesn’t get used to it. But the foundation is always to stretch and warm up prior to my workout and to make sure I remain hydrated with water and/or powerade. I also love working out in cute but comfortable outfits which is why I love the collection with Studio to Street Boutique. The fabric is soft, snug but comfortable, and the details on each piece like the lace on the leggings and cutout detail on the tank is stunning. It makes me feel stylish, sassy and feminine even while working up a sweat and going beast mode with my workout. I also love how functional and versatile the pieces are, because you can easily transition the pieces to your everyday street wear to slay your day. You can wear these pants with booties and a tunic top or with booties and a sweatshirt to run errands. What do you think?

I hope you love this and become more motivated to maintain a healthier life and look cute while at it. Click on links below for more details on items and to shop. Also SUBSCRIBE and stay connected as I share more of my health and wellness journey. I’m currently doing a 3 day cleanse and I’ll be sharing details of that in a few days. Have a great day!

xoxo

Chigi.
